Shipping policy

As my items are all made to order, please allow 3-5 working days for dispatch.

I use Royal Mail tracked and insured services for all deliveries, full tracking details are automatically provided once an item is dispatched, and I can be contacted to look into any issues, so you can be sure of a safe delivery.

Orders to the United Kingdom are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service. Some orders will be shipped with Royal Mail special delivery to ensure the full value is covered by the insurance.

Orders to any other county are shipped with Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed with gurantee and full tracking available from Royal Mail and the local carrier.
